Your membership represents more than access to a lounge. It is an invitation to become part of a community founded on hospitality, respect, meaningful conversation, and shared experiences. Membership is valid for one (1) year beginning on the Membership Start Date and renews annually on the member's renewal date unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Membership dues are payable in full upon enrollment and at each annual renewal. To allow Legacy Embers to thoughtfully plan exclusive member events, experiences, and benefits throughout the year, memberships are offered as annual commitments. Monthly payment options are not available. Membership fees are non-transferable.

Current membership benefits are outlined on our website at legacyembers.com/Memberships, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Legacy Embers reserves the right to enhance or modify membership benefits as the lounge evolves, provided such changes do not materially diminish the overall value of the membership.
Members enrolled in the Seco Society may upgrade to the Ligero Circle when space is available. The unused portion of the current membership will be prorated and credited toward the Ligero Circle membership. Downgrades may be requested and will become effective upon the next annual renewal.
Memberships are annual commitments and are non-refundable once activated. Should a member choose not to renew, membership privileges will conclude on the renewal date. Legacy Embers may consider extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Humidor lockers remain the property of Legacy Embers. Members are responsible for all cigars stored within their assigned locker. Legacy Embers will maintain commercially accepted temperature and humidity levels but cannot guarantee the condition of cigars due to manufacturing defects, aging, or other factors beyond its control. Upon termination of membership, locker contents must be removed within thirty (30) days unless other arrangements have been approved by management.
Members are encouraged to introduce friends, family, and colleagues to Legacy Embers. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Guest access is subject to current Legacy Embers policies and may be modified from time to time.
Legacy Embers exists to provide an environment centered on hospitality, respect, and meaningful connection. Members agree to:
Legacy Embers reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct inconsistent with these standards.
Members acknowledge that cigar smoking and alcohol consumption involve inherent health risks. Participation in lounge activities is voluntary, and members assume all associated risks.
Legacy Embers may photograph or record events for promotional purposes. Members who prefer not to appear in marketing materials may notify management in writing.
Legacy Embers values the privacy of its members. Personal information will be used solely for administering membership benefits and communicating club information. Member information will never be sold or shared except as required by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
This Agreement, together with the Legacy Embers Membership Guide and any policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between Legacy Embers and the Member regarding membership.
